Friday, September 9 2022, 6pm Home of Paul and Linda Schroeder Special Event Geology Faculty, Staff, Emeriti, Graduate Students, Alumni and their families are invited to attend a welcome party at the home of Paul and Linda Schroeder on September 9. Festivities will start at 6:00 PM. The department will supply a main serving of BBQ, vegan dish, and beverages. Side dishes and dessert are supplied by those who have been in the department a year or more. Please RSVP to Shay by Wednesday, Sept 7th and let her know what you intend to bring, so we can keep the “salad to cookie ratio” from being either zero or infinity. New members to the UGA Geology community are only obligated to bring their smile and appetite, however we will never refuse a delicious dish from a newcomer :).
