Below are our reservation calendars for GEOL Department vans and rooms. Please check the calendars before you submit your reservation request.

To make Van reservations, check the calendar and select open dates, then email the Department front office (UGA Geology) with requested dates and reason for request (i.e., 3020 class field trip). The office will make the reservation for you on the calendar.

Reserving Rooms

To make Room reservations, check the calendar and select open dates, then email the Department front office (UGA Geology) with requested dates and reason for request (i.e., room 325 special lecture). The office will make your reservation for you on the calendar. 

Note: Reservations for B27 (shared with Geography), 143, 144, and 200A (open to university scheduling) may be requested. The front office will confirm availability.
